There it is again Dana, kids teaching us great life lessons. In my case I'm getting older and the thoughts of, "I'll never" are very real. But I can only amen to all Dana has said, I am now doing things I never would have thought of, or imagined I would do, simply because I said, Lord I'll try, take the step and see if you take me somewhere in this. To start with saying, "never," may be the biggest mistake you ever make. You'll deny yourselves blessings God has in store, you never even dreamed possible. Cool, bringing your kids to teach us Dana.
Tony, your life is a great example of never saying never. I know you didn't anticipate you'd become a technology guru, but here you are – using technology to teach others faithfully every week in your life group. Great job being open to God's direction.
This almost brought me to tears. I have felt a lot of 'never's in my life lately. Even blogged about it here: http://chezcrazy.wordpress.com/2009/01/04/i-wonde…. My heart yearns for things that my brain says are no longer possible. But God really is bigger than I let Him be, and I should stop saying, "Never" because He might just being saying, "Soon."

You're correct, Amanda! We never know what is to come – but it will be either what our hearts long for or a unique alternative only God can provide.
