We have been talking that last couple of weeks that our goal before the end of 2009 is to have 50 weekly experiences at Church Online. That’s right – 50!!
Well, we are still moving on toward this goal as several of you have approached us and stepped up to the challenge to own an experience. Starting the week of May 10th we are launching three new experiences, which will put us up to 16. Below you will see when the new times are launching and there are a couple of thoughts we want to challenge you with.
First, if you haven’t yet found a place to serve at Church Online serving around an experience is a fantastic place to start (Click Here). The training can help you be ready to serve quickly and you will get the chance to connect with a smaller group of people helping around that experience. Second, if you see these experiences getting launched and God is stirring your heart to check doing the same, be sure to click here and let us know. We can walk you through all the details and help you to launch and own your own experience.

What are these "online experiences"? Are they different from the weekly sermon? I'm not too sure how this all works
Stephanie, an experience is the 1 hour interactive video where people gather together at http://live.lifechurch.tv, watch, and interact. We have 16 experiences that run Saturday through Friday. Each of these 16 experiences have a specific starting time and ending time.
This post is talking about 3 new times being offered for people to check out that experience. Each experience time has a crew of dedicated volunteers that welcome people, pray with people, answer questions, and be sure the experience runs smoothly. Each experience create great opportunities to not just watch, but actively participate in what God is doing in people's lives.
Thanks Brandon. The experience is always the sermon for that week?? I was part of the 4:00pm experience today, it was incredible. How do I get connected to a Life group? Is there a way to find out if people are part of a life group from Toronto?
That is great news guys. I am really loving the format that Life church uses to deliver the gospel. If there is a home that has the internet, it is a potential soul for Christ praise God. Just love that. God is always good!
You mentioned 50 experiences, yet I only count 16 at the top. Is that 50 online experiences? I make that almost one experience every 3.5 hours if it was not simutanously, am I understanding it rightly?
