Groups Directory Instructions

The new LifeGroups directory is going to make your life a lot easier! It has some great new features and can do a whole lot more than the last system. The best part? Well, you can log in, at any time, and manage your group’s details. Awesome, huh? So, let’s get you started. Just follow the steps below and you’ll be on your way!

1. Create your account.
This will give you access to all of the group management features and allow you to email your group members. Be sure to register with the same email address you have on your account at http://my.lifechurch.tv so that you will be automatically matched up as the leader of your group.

2. Confirm your email address by going to your email inbox, opening the email from the system and clicking the link.

3. Log in at https://lcokcok.infellowship.com/UserLogin/Index.aspx

4. Click on your group name and go to your group roster. From here you can do a lot of things. You can view prospects, which are the people who have expressed interest through the site about joining your group. You can invite people via email. And you can send an email to all of your group members. You can also click on the “settings” button to edit your group’s details in the directory.

Invite your Group Members

Now you’ll want to get all of your current group members in the roster. Simply click “invite someone to join” and enter their email address. This will send them an invitation email that will allow them to click “accept” or “decline” to join the roster or not.

Managing Prospects

When a prospect expresses interest through the LifeGroups directory, you will be sent an email from the system. The email will include a link to your prospects dashboard where you can view and manage them within the system.

The system gives you space to take notes on your interactions with the prospects. This is extremely helpful as it can get quite complicated to remember what you’ve said to each of the prospects and when you said it. Take advantage of the notes sections!
